In sharing how anxiety has affected you, you can encourage others that they are not alone. In reading other accounts, you can be encouraged that you are not alone.
When sharing, in can be helpful to include what preceded the anxiety (e.g. abuse, trauma, mind-altering substances, long-term stress, life-changes, change in worldview), how long you have experienced the anxiety, the severity of the anxiety (0 none to 10 most anxious imaginable), and what has or has not brought relief.
With that in mind we are interested in brief (500 word) accounts of how anxiety has impacted you. We will endeavor to post these on this page.
